Understand your rights and responsibilities while using Juniper.
1. Copyright Policy
All music uploaded to Juniper must be rights-cleared. Artists and labels uploading content certify they own or control all rights necessary for distribution.
Any copyright infringement complaints will be handled swiftly under our DMCA Takedown Policy.
2. Record Store Submissions
Inventory connections via the Record Store Helm require verified POS credentials. Submissions are reviewed and approved before being shown to users. By submitting music, artwork, or biographical materials to Juniper, you: Confirm you own or control all necessary rights for public distribution and streaming. Grant Juniper a non-exclusive license to stream your music to app users. Grant Juniper permission to display your album art, artist photos, and bio in connection with your music within the app and in promotional materials. Accept that Juniper may remove content if it receives a claim of copyright infringement.
3. User Conduct
Users agree not to misuse Juniper services, including but not limited to unauthorized distribution of copyrighted materials.
4. Liability
Juniper is not liable for user-uploaded content. Rights ownership remains with the original copyright holders.
